The Ferman family of dealerships is a local family-owned and operated business based in Tampa, FL. Established in 1895, we've grown from humble beginnings in a bicycle shop to serve Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties with numerous dealership locations representing 12 new vehicle brands, Ferman Used Cars, Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and in 2019 we introduced FORCE Customs.

As the 7th automobile dealer in the United States, we are among the few dealers to receive the NADA Century Award honoring America's car dealers who've been in business for 100 years or more.
A Relentless Focus on Personalized Service
Our founders built a business on one simple premise - "The Golden Rule". As our business grew, Jim Ferman, Sr. stressed the importance of "Never forget a customer. Never let them forget you." This relentless focus on personalized service and not just a transaction has kept generations of families returning to a Ferman dealership year-after-year…car-after-car.
In 2012, our management team took this a step further when we adopted the term "guest" in place of "customer".
This change in terminology reflected an attitude that those working at Ferman see themselves as hosts wanting to offer their guests the most beneficial experience possible.
Today, we continue to treat our employees as family and our guests as friends, striving to earn your business "one car at a time".

The Ferman History

City of Tampa Proclaims Monday, April 20, 2020 Ferman Motor Car Company Day!
As we celebrate our 125th Anniversary, Ferman Motor Car Company is proud to announce that Monday, April 20, 2020 will be known in the City of Tampa as Ferman Motor Car Company Day. Our Company is honored and humbled by this designation, and are grateful to our founder - William Frederick Ferman, Sr. - and our dedicated and valued employees who have become our "Ferman Family". To every member of our Ferman Family, here's to you ... and to the next 125 years!

Ferman Internet Pricing Policy
The efficiencies of e-commerce permit us to sometimes offer e-commerce consumers pricing benefits. Therefore, prices on this site may only be available to consumers who initiate their transactions via email or via this site’s contact mechanism.
